The system Time and Date can only be changed at Station 21 and this updates all stations on system:

W                    The day of the Week

                                                0 – Sunday

                                                1 – Monday

                                                2 – Tuesday

                                                3 – Wednesday

                                                4 – Thursday

                                                5 – Friday

6        - Saturday

HH                   The hour of the day ( 00 – 23 )

MM                   The minute of the hour ( 00 – 59 )
